Our ingredients are chosen with care. At lunch and through the evening, the menu gives proper room to the dishes this valley has been cooking for generations.
Our chef and pizzaiolo trained in Italy, and it shows in the dough: pasta made on the premises, wood-fired pizza with a blistered edge, and a short list of piattini to begin with.
